User Guide:

- To find the Nei Quan Point : Place your 3 middle fingers of one hand on the inside of your other hand wrist, with the side of the ring finger along the wrist crease on your skin. The Nei Quan point is just under the edge of your index finger, between the 2 central tendons.
- You should wear the Acupressure Band on either wrist.

How to find the Nei Quan point

- Place the button facing downwards over the Nei Quan point, press slightly with your thumb, If you feel a mild tingling sensation in your fingertips, then you have found the Nei Quan point and the band correctly positioned.
- Do not fasten the bands too firm.
- The band will begin to work effectively after around 10 min.
- The band can also be worn during sleep.
